Renata is collecting data for the reports, preparing market analysis and participating in business meetings. In addition to her native Lithuanian she speaks English, Danish and Russian, and therefore often assists as an interpreter at meetings as well as a translator for marketing material.
Renata had been working mostly with sales and marketing in IT area in Lithuania since 1995. During the period of 2002-2007 she had been working for her own company in Denmark. The business model included developing new home textile products, producing them in Lithuania and selling to the Danish market through retailers and the company’s own internet shop.
She is good to understand the needs of the customers and to have an overall approach to the market.
Claus makes sales of products and services of our customers. He arranges and participates in sales meetings as well as makes business strategy together with customers.
He has been developing new markets in Eastern Europe and handling large scale sales for more that 30 years, has a long experience in managing sales teams as an Export Manager, Sales Manager and Country Manager in wind and building material businesses.
Claus is a natural entrepreneur, structured and target oriented, good to build personal relationships and identify potentials of the market. He is an active member of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.
